Building Community Through Martial Arts

We help underserved and immigrant families, by removing barriers to participation in martial arts. We provide a safe, supportive environment for everyone!

Our programs focus on respect, discipline, and leadership, helping kids grow into confident, community-minded leaders.

Inclusive & Accessible

The Muscles Unlimited Legacy Foundation is committed to making martial arts accessible to everyone. Through free and low-cost programs, we provide a welcoming environment for students of all backgrounds, abilities, and experience levels to learn, grow, and succeed.

Empowering Youth

Mentorship and positive role models create lasting change. Our teen students help assist with younger children’s classes, clean the training area, and support instructors during activities. These responsibilities teach leadership, teamwork, accountability, patience, and the importance of giving back to their community.

Bilingual Support

Sensei Ben Noboa, a Dominican Republic immigrant, and Sensei Chris Alba provide valuable support for our Spanish-speaking students and families. Their ability to communicate in both English and Spanish helps create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all students feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout their martial arts journey. Their mentorship strengthens our commitment to serving the diverse communities of East Boston, Revere, and beyond.

Female Lead Instruction

Sensei Hailey and Coach Charlotte provide young girls and women with strong female role models on and off the mat. As accomplished martial artists, they understand the unique challenges many women face and demonstrate what is possible through dedication, discipline, and hard work. Their leadership helps create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can build confidence, develop self-defense skills, and grow into strong, capable individuals.

Why Judo Changes Lives

Judo teaches more than self defense. Students build confidence, discipline, and respect that carry into school, family, and everyday life. On the mat, they learn to fall, get back up, and grow stronger together.

We are so grateful for the Muscle Legacy Foundation! My son is enjoying his time there, and it has been such a wonderful experience for him. The team is not only professional but also extremely kind, caring, and supportive. They treat the kids with so much respect and encouragement, which makes such a difference. Also, my son looks forward to going every time, and I can see how much confidence and joy he is gaining. It means so much to us as a family to have a place where he feels welcomed, supported, and motivated. Thank you Mr Tony and everyone at Muscle Legacy Foundation for creating such a positive environment. We really appreciate all that you do!

“I want to express my deepest gratitude to Muscles Unlimited Legacy Foundation. My kids truly enjoy the judo classes—they are learning self-defense while also building confidence and discipline. The sensei’s always go the extra mile, and as a parent, that means everything to me. It truly shows how much they love what they do.
I am also a student, and I never thought I would join a class like judo, but as a woman, I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It has given me something special to experience alongside my kids and has allowed us to connect on a deeper level.

Thank you for donating your time to help shape a better generation. It truly makes a difference.”
